General conditions
Semen from the stallions stationed at NB-Stallions are offered as fresh semen. The semen can be picked up or shipped. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the breeder and will be invoiced directly by the courier service.

Please contact us for inquiries regarding frozen semen.

The stud fee for the fresh semen you have ordered will be invoiced in the month of October. If your mare is not in foal, NB-Stallions expects a veterinary/non-pregnant declaration. This way, the stud fee will not be invoiced to you. If a mare aborts after payment of the stud fee, you may use a stallion from NB-Stallions again in the following year. If the rate differs from the previous year, due to a price increase or change of stallion choice, you are entitled to a refund of the difference if applicable, or you will pay the difference if it is a higher rate. Payment of invoices from Stal Bruynseels must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
A maximum of 2x sperm can be ordered per cycle.

By ordering and receiving semen, the mare owner declares to have acknowledged these terms and fully agrees to these stud and payment conditions, as well as the stud fees.

If the mare owner attempts fraud, the unconditional penalty is €5,000 (excluding 21% VAT) per case, in addition to the stud fee.

Ordering
Fresh semen must be ordered in advance online via https://nbstallions.com/nl/order-sperm, before 9AM if pickup/delivery is required the same day.

Orders can be picked up at Stal Bruynseels:
On Monday-Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
On Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
On Sundays and holidays by telephone arrangement.

Stud fees
The listed stud fees are in euros and excluding VAT & shipping costs of semen. For international shipments, the shipping costs of semen and health certificates will be invoiced separately.
